The regional final round of the “Marks All-Rounder: Show Your Talent” competition has been successfully organized at 100 locations across Bangladesh. Talented school and college students from Dhaka, Narayanganj, Narsingdi, and surrounding districts participated in the selection rounds, showcasing their skills in drama, dance, music, recitation, and extempore speech.
Actor Md. Ershad Hasan served as a judge in the Acting category, carrying out his responsibilities with professionalism and excellence. At the invitation of the organizers, he attended the competition as a judge on 12 June 2026 at Morgan Girls School and College, Narayanganj; on 13 June 2026 at Bhulta School and College, Narsingdi; and on 20 June 2026 at Lalmatia Housing Society School and College, Dhaka.
Alongside Md. Ershad Hasan, the judging panel in the Acting category included several renowned theatre personalities of the country, notably actors Abdul Aziz, Khandakar Shah Alam, Hafizur Rahman Suruj, Tapan Hafiz, Subhasish Dutta Tanmoy, Rahim Sumon, and Manjur Alam Siddiqui. The competition was coordinated by theatre personality Md. Khorshedul Alam.
Actor Md. Ershad Hasan has long been serving successfully as a judge in various competitions across different fields, including acting. As a judge, he has performed his responsibilities with distinction and reputation in competitions organized by the Bangladesh Shishu Academy, the District Education Office, the District Primary Education Medal Competition, Hiron Kiron Theatre, Sona-Jadu Entertainment, Meghdut Theatre, and the Central Sadhu Sangha, among many other government and non-government organizations.
According to the organizers, this initiative is highly effective in promoting, preserving, and expanding the rich cultural heritage of Bangladesh. They believe that it will contribute significantly to enriching the artistic awareness, cultural values, and aesthetic sensibilities of the younger generation.
